Great Customer Service

I have been using Deft products for several decades and have always been very satisfied.  Recently I had a question about putting Deft Lacquer over the top of paint and I was cautioned not to do so.  Instead of leaving me empty handed and sending me into the market place to find a water based polyurethane you sent me a sample of your new Water Based Polyurethane.

It is a wonderful product.  Thank you for your great customer service and for sending a quart of this new product.  When the need for a water based polyurethane comes about again I will look specificially for your product.

In the next couple weeks I will be applying some stain on some new cabinet doors.  As my normal practice I will be buying Deft Satin Spray to apply the top coat.  I know it is not cost effective to use the spray but it certainly is time effecient.  I also like the spray valve on your cans. It is the best valve so keep it.  Don't even think about changing it!!!
